It is our mission to provide training with an impact. In today's world of litigation it is more important than ever to provide training to employees. The Supreme Court has determined through case law, that employer provided training to prevent sexual harassment or other types of discrimination, cannot just be a pamphlet or video you expose your employees to. It is important to train you employees by a method where interaction can occur. A method where questions are raised and answered.
