GoalTrain™ When Ken presents a seminar it is with a passion. That is because of his deep belief that prevention is the key to staying out of court, paying out huge settlements, and keeping employee morale high. Ken is the owner and manager of GoalTrain, and continues to draw upon his experiences as a Human Resource Director for a State Government Agency. His background as a Human resource professional spans over 2 decades. While In his capacity as a Governmental Human Resource Director, Ken has personally witnessed and continues to be involved in the transformation from what was a predominantly male workforce, to the ongoing building of a harassment free diverse workforce. Ken provides a unique perspective and understanding of the evolution of workplace harassment issues through his span of experience and day to day real time, on the job activities. Besides being a trainer, his background specifically as it relates to harassment issues include the development of policies, investigations, recommending discipline, Unemployment Compensation cases, Personnel Commission hearings and EEOC investigations. This separates Ken from the "seminar leader" who presents a canned package. Ken has also been the owner of a small manufacturing company, and a Radio Broadcaster graduating from one of the top Broadcasting schools in the nation.
